Well every industry or field of work has it’s dark secrets. It’s no surprise that the entertainment industry contains a load of these because the industry is build up in such away. I’ll list some of the negative points about the entertainment industry which can surely be called as the “Dark Secrets.”
- Life inside isn’t as glamorous as what is shown on screen. Usually problems such as food, sleep deprivation and stress are the problems faced especially to those who are new and need to move up the ladder.
- The culture of casting couch exists at some places which means that an actor or actress is hired after they fulfill the usually unethical desires of the producers or directors.
- Due to the large amount of interactions on and off screen problems including sexual harassment and fights often occur between the people working together.
Problems like these also exist in other fields of work but are more prominent here. This is due to the fact that news related to the entertainment industry are more sought after and make good news for the masses.
